I recently purchased a wall bed from Innovative Bed Systems and found it to be one of the most positive purchasing experiences I've had in a very long while. Fred and his staff did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. My bed actually arrived earlier than anticipated and when Jeff and the others came to install the system, they took great care to ensure that the hardwood floors were not damaged, did an efficient installation, cleaned up after themselves and left. No fuss, no muss. It was really a welcome change from other interactions I've had with retailers over the last little while.
